Определение профиля эрозии поверхности под действием ионной бомбардировки

Предложена методика определения профиля распыления поверхности под действием ионной бомбардировки при помощи многослойных покрытий, предварительно нанесенных на исследуемую поверхность. В работе приведено математическое обоснование применимости методики и даны рекомендации по выбору параметров многослойных покрытий. Показано, что результаты измерения профиля травления при помощи описанной методики хорошо согласуются с прямыми измерениями при помощи профилометра.

Abstract

The new technique to determine the surface sputtering profile under the ion bombardment is offered. The technique is based on sputtering of the multilayer coatings preliminarily applied to the test surface. The mathematical justification of the technique usage and the recommendations for the choice of multilayers coating parameters are presented. It is shown that the results of etching profile measurement obtained with this technique are in good agreement with direct measurements made with the profilemeter.
